The olive leaf was first used medicinally in ancient Egypt. Since then olive leaves have been used therapeutically in the human diet as an extract, powder or herbal tea.

Produced at altitude, our dehydrator dries the leaves naturally in the sunshine. We monitor the drying leaves and they are ground and packed immediately, as soon as they are the perfect dryness; still dark green but dry enough to snap, in order to capture the maximum nutrients.
